LEARNING THEORY

Learning is a process of human travel across space and time, beyond the two different realm. Learning begins at human nature in the womb and continues until the end of the natural world at the gate of the netherworld. (Wahyudi, 2009)

Human learning process can not be equated with the well to fetch water, nor can be likened to picking the apples can be eaten directly without going through a complicated process. The results obtained by human learning during the learning process has no clear boundaries, the results obtained by human learning such as the composition of stairs that rise vertically. The ladder stands above nature and content of the top stairs leaning on the gate of the netherworld.

If your profession as a teacher, then you are God’s chosen people who have a noble task and given the mandate to lead other men up the stairs one by one to the top of the stairs. Have you run the task and mandate of the well?

The task of a teacher is not making another human being into a super-powerful man, but a guide and accompany them with a model, understanding and compassion so that they grow naturally according to their talents, abilities and destiny that has been established by the Creator. Indeed only the grace of God that makes people become super powerful. (Mario Teguh, 2009)

In relation to the duties of a teacher as a Servant of God, civil servants and public servants we are equipped with a set of rules and signs in carrying out their duties. The curriculum is our guide in the work and conduct and present to the students learning.

The curriculum can be defined as a collection and sequence of material must be given to students, so the knowledge that teachers teach students to coherently and easily accepted and understood by the learner. We agree with that statement? If we agree with the meaning of the curriculum over the fact we are a teacher who deserves the highest award in education. Are we too proud mereasa award?

If we agree, and feel proud, indeed, this country has one chose us as teachers. If the Substitution curriculum from time to time we just maknai the material composition changes, then it is proper if the quality of education in this country just the way place. Lo is the improvement of curriculum change our way of presenting learning, and not just change the terms and RPP format alone. Perfection is a way that meant improvements approaches, strategies, and methods of learning. Approaches, strategies, and methods not only for the memorized by the teacher but should be implemented, must be implemented, must be implemented, must be implemented, must be implemented. (This paper is an attempt resuscitation for the author’s own self be true essence of education)

  7. I couldn’t agree more. It’s kinda frustrating when some people, especially your teachers tend to judge you based on your ‘academic scores’ only – but some teachers don’t change the way they teach. Since, each child has got different talent & style of learning… so… let’s be creative🙂

Ibu Heni..makasih atas kunjungan n komennya… Dalam uraian diatas saya tidak menyinggung masalah penilaian..yang ingin saya ungkapkan adalah, bahwa guru bukanlah satu2nya penentu ‘kehebatan’ siswa, tugas guru adalah memberikan kasih sayang dan membimbing mereka mengembangkan potensi yg telah siswa miliki sebelumnya. Kewajiban Guru adlh berusaha, tapi penentunya tetap ada di Tangan Tuhan. Usaha dan Tawakal itu intinya.. Tawakal berbeda dg frustasi..

Masalah nilai itu memang tidak ada di artikel di atas🙂 maksud saya setelah membaca kutipan “…they grow naturally according to their talents, abilities and destiny that has been established by the Creator”, saya jadi ingat – berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi juga – kadang beberapa orang masih menganggap anak pintar/tidak hanya berdasar nilai” akademik (MTK, IPA, IPS dsb). Sementara potensi & cara belajar anak itu berbeda”

    in my humble opinion, jadi guru itu juga butuh kreativitas untuk menerapkan berbagai pendekatan, strategi, metode yang berbeda dalam mengajar – agar bisa membimbing siswa (sesuai bakat, kemampuan, & cara belajarnya).

    Maaf komentarnya jadi kepanjangan
